What You'll Be Doing:

• Undercoating, prepping and top coating to a high finish.

• Ordering  paints, stains, and lacquers

• Expertly operating spray painting equipment to apply finishes evenly and efficiently.

• Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• Collaborating with the wider team to meet production deadlines and customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

•  Proven experience as a Spray Painter, preferably within the Carpentry & Cabinet Making industry.

• Excellent knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment, and finishing materials.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes.

• Familiarity with wood and furniture construction, with the ability to identify and address any issues

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
